Artsy, just because you have a personal aversion to therapy OF ANY KIND doesn't mean some of it isn't extremely helpful to people.

It didn't work FOR YOU and I'm so sorry about that - but many people have gotten great results from a theraputic setting for many different kinds of problems, INCLUDING ME.

But it is buyer beware - you do have to find a skilled competant clinition to acheive the best results - again, I'm sorry that didn't happen for you.
