I won't be using the personals forum for the same reason. Not that I've had your kind of luck with online dating, but so far the only C-D people in San Antonio whose personalities could possibly click with mine, are women and I'm just not going there Long distance won't work for me, and I'm not moving for a guy (been there, done that). San Antonio is an awesome city, and hopefully as long as I keep getting out in the community, I'll meet someone.
