Always maintaining eye contact when talking to her
Poking fun at certain things she says or does
Always offering my opinions as Fact
Not complimenting her on her Physical Apperance
Always disagreeing with something she says
Never letting her complain in my presence.
I guess this why the girl at my job is attracted to me and wants to go to lunch with me and maybe.....
Wow, I have come a long way-lol

Your lunch conversation will start this way:
"Jason stopped calling me, he doesn't even text anymore"

It sounds like you're using the "pick-up guy" method...
This may work to garner her attention in the beginning but it fades quickly because it gets boring. Plus, no girl likes dealing with a difficult guy. Unless she view you as her little fix-up project. Then have fun with that.

No, these are the things that make a guy an ex-boyfriend.

Always maintaining eye contact when talking to her
Good.
Poking fun at certain things she says or does
Maybe
Always offering my opinions as Fact
Not complimenting her on her Physical Apperance
You mean , not making yourself look pushy. I guess.
Always disagreeing with something she says
Is it because now you have something to talk about?
Never letting her complain in my presence.
Cause everything should be perfect? Does she know you're not allowing it?

All of the things you do display confidence.
eye contact = confidence
opinion as fact = alpha male arrogance
no compliments = "I've been with better looking women so you have to work a little harder to get my attention."
Disagree with her = shows you have the balls to stand up to her. Women are looking for a king, not a slave who does whatever she says.
no complaints = you don't have time for it.
keep up the good work buddy.

There's nothing like the alpha male
