I was with a girl that used chocolate syrup on me once, that stuff was everywhere, so sticky, but she seemed to enjoy herself. That was my only food encounter in the bedroom.
Id be turned off if a woman brought any sort of food to bed. I don't want syrup running down my butt crack, or whip cream all over my face, c'mon now, my bed isnt a ihop Lol
Oysters and avocados both have a big dose of healthy fats, which are full of dopamine, a neurotransmitter triggering the part of our brain that recognizes reward and pleasure.
Walnuts (or any nut except a peanut) have high levels of arginine, a natural amino acid that boosts blood flow.
Fish not only have arginine, but anadded bonus of omega-3 fatty acids, which can improve your cardiovascular health and increase dopamine. A triple threat!
Spicy dishes, like this Roast Salmon with Thai Red Curry Sauce, stimulate your tongue and kick-start the nervous system—great for post-dinner activities!

Pumpkin seeds: “Sunflower and pumpkin seeds are packed with zinc, which is one of the most important minerals when it comes to reproductive health. [It's] especially important for sperm health, boosting testosterone levels,” recommends Guy.
Advertisement Basil: Since Italian courtesans created perfume from basil powder and oil to attract the opposite sex, this herb's aroma has been associated with arousal. “Basil is also a circulation booster,” explains Guy. Porridge oats: Plenty of us wake up to a bowl of piping hot porridge without being aware of its sexual potency. Research has found oats help to unlock testosterone production in the body. Garlic: It might not aid getting into bed but once there, chopped garlic will get blood flowing as it's packed with the compound allicin. “This helps stimulate blood flow to your sexual organs,” reveals Guy. Honey: In ancient Persia, couples drank honey mead (an alcoholic drink made from honey) every day for a month after they married to get them in the mood for love (known as the honeymoon). The fructose content aids stamina and provides a slow and steady release of energy. Chillies: Turn up the heat with a massive dose of capsaicin, a chemical which releases mood-enhancing endorphins and increases blood flow and the heart rate to stimulate nerve endings. “Adding chillies to meals is a great way to naturally spice things up,” recommends Guy. Avocado: The avocado's phallic shape was not lost on the Aztecs, who called this fruit tree the "testicle tree". Guy reveals, “High in vitamin B6 which boosts male libido and also potassium, which regulates the female thyroid, avocados are rich in folic acids and healthy heart fats.” Watermelon: Although it's 92 per cent water, the remaining 8 per cent of this juicy fruit is jam-packed with vital nutrients for sexual health. Both the rind and flesh have amino acid citrulline, which relaxes the blood vessels and increases blood flow to the genitals, the same effect as Viagra without a prescription. Dark chocolate: Chocolate with high cacao levels has the compound phenylethylamine, the "love drug", which quickens the pulse and tricks the brain into thinking it's falling in love. A study by the Journal of Sexual Medicine found women who ate a single piece of chocolate every day enjoyed a more active sex life than those who didn't. “Go for at least 70 per cent cocoa solids or 'raw chocolate' which is also rich in powerful antioxidants,” encourages Guy. Celery: This vegetable boosts production of androsterone, the odourless hormone released via male perspiration, which acts as a pheromone to turn women on. “Celery also contains chemicals that can help dilate blood vessels and enhance climax,” says Guy. Food for thought.
Dietitian Lisa Renn advises: “While there are links between certain foods and sexual and reproductive health, there is no scientific evidence proving eating a specific food will result in a higher libido. Your best chance of achieving this outcome is steering clear of popular low carb diets, which can cause constipation, bad breath and reduced energy levels – and instead make healthy food choices across the five food groups and exercise regularly”.

I've done the whipped cream AND pudding tricks. Both work about the same, and my advice to anyone wanting to try either is to use them sparingly. They melt! Fast! And they can be overly filling if too much is used.
I think I've also played a bit with chocolate syrup. I don't recommend anything that's sticky.
Although some nice, light snacks in bed is fine. Chocolate syrup is best for dipping strawberries; then you can feed them to your sweetie, and if you accidentally drip a little syrup somewhere you can be polite and lick it off. Strawberries are also good dipped in whipped cream. Cherries, grapes, etc. Cucumbers... well, that's for another discussion.
