Where I work, there's a man that I have recently gotten to know, and he's married. He's a great guy, and I would be lying if I said that I wasn't somewhat smitten. I see him every so often, and he occassionally drops by to say hello. There have been several times that he has asked me out for a drink, but I have only gone with him once. When he says goodbye to me, he kisses me on the cheek, and has blown me a kiss more than once. He has also hung out in my office several times after work to have a drink with a co-worker and I, and volunteers to spend the day with me at work functions. The most recent thing he did that could possibly be considered "crossing the line" was he asked me to call him on his cell when his wife was out of town. I didn't call. My question is, is it possible that he's just a friendly guy who really enjoys my company, or is he just being an ass? Any comments from men would be greatly appreciated. Also, before anyone says anything about me, I have been cheated on more than once, and would never, EVER, go after a married man. I just would like some input and maybe some advice on what to do since I have to be around him. I'd hate to make a fool out of myself if he's just being a harmless flirt.

He COULD be a just a friendly guy...and you could treat him that way.
As in work friends.
You don't see any married guy work friends without their wives..and you don't meet them for drinks alone and you certainly don't call them on their cells when the wife is out of town.
In fact, you usually also try to befriend their wives...
get it?

That's just more than "friendly". I would consider this as cheating and dump him if I was his wife.

That goes beyond friendly... he is definitely wanting more than friendship.

I forgot to mention in my original post that he kisses other women on the cheek too. But I'm certain that he doesn't ask them out for drinks, and want them to call him when his wife is away.

Don't be so certain. Sounds like a "winner" to me.

He's a player of course. Yes, he's way crossed the line and if you don't want to get involved then don't accept any more invites for drinks.
