Yep they said it's up to the man to make his status known and if he doesn't tell, they're not going to ask.

LOL Wow. What about women who don't wear one? I can't wear a wedding ring because of an injury to my left hand when I was a child. Does that excuse me from keeping my vows? If so there might be a lot of people injuring their hands on purpose, don't you think? Ridiculous thought, huh? LOL Yeah, about as ridiculous as the quoted.

I think she's saying that if the guy doesn't have on a ring then she will assume he's single (unmarried) but if he is indeed a married man then he needs to let her know that since he isn't wearing a ring which would identify him as a married man.

Look if a man flirts with you because you aren't wearing a wedding ring, just tell him you are married and that's the end of it. What, you want everyone to read your mind? Don't be ridiculous.

What on earth are you talking about?

This site needs a "cuckoo" emoticon.

Well I guess my ex-fiance's now ex-wife thought he was fair game. She managed to snag him even though he was engaged to me at the time (they married four months after our break-up). I blame him more than I blame her for that, but still I didn't feel one bit sorry for her when I heard that their marriage didn't work out. Karma's a bee-yotch babe!

A related issue to this topic is those who are separated who seem to think that they are single and should be dating. Separated is NOT single, separated is NOT available, and separated is STILL MARRIED.
