How much of what we think is affected by what we think? In other words, we have trouble with change because we have not sufficient experience to process what we see? We think somethings are true, but lack real experience to form an accurate opinion? Therefore relying on thought that we never formed from experience, but from the influence of our stimuli , that is designed to keep us in the dark. Like a mushroom, and covered with manure.

......a lose paraphrase of a sports psychologist ...........discussed in the book ,Bounce, written by ,I forgot, there was a discussion of how the athlete needs to understand what he sees in order to perceive it correctly and therefore improve performance. Many examples were given how the athlete must look at the right thing at the right time to react properly and effectively............I think of the flood of information we hear and see , we chose where to look and what to believe. Where we focus our attention and gain or experience determines our conclusions and determines our actions.
