Oh, the fundies should go nuts now explaining this one.

I wonder if some on this board are waiting for the Slick answer? Go ahead, send CARM the link so he can come up with some boilerplate you can copy/paste here.

This Face Changes the Human Story. But How?

Every discovery taking us closer to our origins is exciting.

As for Creationism? Biblical people believed the world was flat. Once we learn new information, such as the Earth is round, it should have called into question other ancient dearly held beliefs.

I find it astonishing that people treat the world as if it is still flat.

No worries, though. Knuckledraggers will be pushed kicking and screaming into the future. We saw that when schools were integrated in the South.

The beast was still an animal , like many early homo sapiens were animals , see God created this animal as God was developing all animals until be chose man to be His family .... looks like the animal fell down an well , as it was fairly unintelligent to end up in that confined spot where he died

Did you read where they believe the bodies were deliberately placed there? As in a type of burial?

Didn't think so. Can't be bothered to be educated.

It's a fascinating discovery and adds another piece to the puzzle of mankind's origins.
