I've heard that there are fish that change their gender.
But apes aren't so capable. Then there is the story of Adam and how Eve was created from his "rib" (hopefully not an euphemism).... why his rib would be necessary is as irrelevant and useless as the whole story, but it would ironically point to the idea that Eve basically comes from a "transgendered rib" of a male individual.
Then there is Jesus and his y-chromosome. Would Mary have access to y-chromosomes within herself? Probably not. So either the y-chromosome of Jesus would have a divine origin (and thus might be divinely special and not all that commonly "human"), it would have been a "transgenderization" of her XX DNA into XY DNA, or it would come from God's possible access into Joseph's y-chromosomes.
Will Bibliolatrists choose to ignore this? Probably. Will they stir up like a snake-pit in order to force censure like Islamists would and as they've done before? Most likely. It would ultimately be necessary to turn to anger and violence if they have unnecessary aversions to the contemplations of such logical and scientific thoughts.
Regardless, I would be overwhelmed with joy to find this discussion taken further either with more information to contradict it or to support the legitimacy of such an irony within the common mythologies of today.
