When the structures and guidelines become somewhat tainted, it's always best to run to the source (Jesus/His Words), especially when time is running out. Jesus saves, not religions, not men, not popes, not preachers or any other.
Being "born again" isn't about saying a certain prayer or repeating someones words.
It's your ability to "repent". With true "repentance", the Son of God will send His Father's Holy Spirit to come and change your Soul. It will be re-lite and depending on your life's Faith, will tell the Truth of it's condition one day to the Father and His Son.
He gave the Best He had.
He died for You.
He want's to live inside you.
The 3 of THEM, have done all they can for you. They give and gave the Best They were able to do under these circumstances according to their nature.
It is your free will choice what you do, but for each choice...the Father only has 2 Hands and He says a "few" will sit to His RIGHT and "many" will sit to His left.
