You don't even know what socialism is. Do enlighten us as to what socialist crap-hole you grew up in. I've been a socialist for 50 years and to my knowledge there has never been a truly socialist country, anywhere on the planet, let alone in Europe. So please. Where is this socialist crap-hole that you speak of?

I have been thinking about suicide. I am not thinking of commiting suicide but I understand why people do it.

I was told at a young age God does not forgive taking your own life. I never investigated this. I have a bible in front of me and I do not care to look it up.

Suppose it never gets better. It just gets worse inspite of your best effort. I just do not know anymore.
God isn't going to torment you if you kill yourself, it would be a shame, and maybe somebody shouldn't try to convince you that God will not hate you if your life is so bad that you kill yourself. Lord knows I have thought about it a million times, but we have to carry on and find some porpoise, and then we ride the waves. There are 3 books of heaven, and you don't have to take my word for it, Hebrews 8 tells us that the 3 sections of the temple are there to show an afterlife, and the outer court of that Tabernacle is where people going to hell are sent, but even in this section, being the least in the kingdom of heaven, they are saved and Jesus tells us this. Jesus said you could speak against him, that you could decide not to keep the laws of Moses and EVEN teach people not to keep the laws of Moses, and STILL be in the kingdom of heaven, he just calls them the least. Corinthians says that the works of each man will be tested by fire, and when his work is burned, he is STILL SAVED, but only as one who goes through a fire. Those scriptures of hell aren't to be taken seriously by a Gentile because there are so many Jewish idioms about the feast of Tabernacles and the fall feasts in play, but the Gentile who reads, he sees eternal torment, but eternal torment is just knowing you didn't make it to the higher Zoe kingdom, and FEW, FEW and very far in between are the people who make it into the Zoe kingdom, I have been trying a long time, and I am not there yet, it is the narrow way.

If you have not walked in the 7 feasts in order to raise a mature full grown son of God within you, then you wont make it to the Zoe kingdom anyway.

Then there is the Holy place, and you could actually make it here, unfortunately, most Christians would steer you away from even thinking about walking into that Holy place.

If you practice modern Christianity and not the Sabbaths and feasts of God, you are going to the court no matter what you do, nothing you would have ever done in life will change this, and this is still the kingdom of heaven.

Any one of these modern Christians could walk from the court right into the Holy place to become Israel, but they refuse, they refuse to leave the court. The way I see it, I am probably headed to the court myself, but I am not afraid, just disappointed.

Yes, journaling is quite good. It really helps sort out my feelings in real time.

For those who are struggling, never let anyone silence you because they feel your pain is not worthy. These individuals are toxic and should be ignored. Counterproductive views often lead people to feel shameful. Some act out negatively. If you can not help, restrict your comments to the weather.

It should be. I always thought my life could have been better...until I started doing voluntary work around the world and realised that I am actually one of the 'privileged' class. However badly off you consider yourself, YOU are never going to die of starvation or for the want of a glass of clean water. YOU are never going to die in the street for lack of medical care. YOU are never going to have children that grow up in poverty and without education. YOU will likely always have a roof over your head, heat when it is cold and cooling when it's hot. YOU will likely always be able to provide for your family, have holidays and a car to drive around in, shopping malls, cinemas and 24/7 entertainment, electricity, gas etc

For many people around the world, dying of starvation is a DAILY fear and the life that YOU lead is an impossible dream, not only for them but for their children. So stop feeling sorry for yourself, get off your arse and go and do something to help those people and in doing so, like me, you will realise just what you have to celebrate.

You are naive. There are people right here in America who are experiencing those things. Perhaps you are a part of the privileged class. I certainly am not. You do not know what you are talking about. You do not know if I am homeless or sick. You don't know anything about anything. Get off your horse and go somewhere.

I have less than many and more than some. That makes me privileged.

Oh yes I do. I have done voluntary work for most of my adult life, Seen the problems first hand. It just makes me sick to hear people in the developed world whinging and whining about their lot when most of them have never gone hungry...even for one day!

If you were homeless or sick I suggest that you do something about it instead of wasting your time crying on an anonymous internet forum. Sell your computer if you are hungry!

This reminded me--after Osama Bin Laden was killed and there was controversy over whether or not to publicly show photographs of his dead body, I was watching a talk show where some ME expert was talking about the event and the impact and aftereffects. They took phone calls from the public, and some mother called in all upset over the possibility that if they showed these terrible photographs of a dead man on television, how that might hurt her children psychologically. She had two young boys, and she didn't want them seeing such awful things on TV...

Rather impatiently, the talk show guest said, "Lady, there are children in this world who step over dead people every day while out searching for food. Seeing a picture of a dead person is not going to damage your kids for life." End of conversation.

A lot of times, perspective is helpful.
