A heads up for everyone in the Circle: the Northern Lights may be visible in some places tonight. I wish all of you in the viewing area clear skies.

Cloud building here now too. Dang it. But the peak is supposed to be from 11 pm - 3am. Maybe it'll clear some by then. If not, still a chance for tomorrow night.

I forgot the obvious.
My last name carries a Sottish lineage.
When I hear Black Elk I think of the Tree of Life. Two Antlers, Two Lamps Stood Next To God.
When I think of our heritage? I see a circle. From one place we split in two and Cirumvented the world to reunite into One Tree.

Please send some of both to Casa Nighteyes. Present time is 11:32am and the temp on our covered patio is 106. We haven't had even a thimbleful of rain in I-don't-know-how-long. The trees are so dry they're learning how to call dogs...
