Phoroneus (Φορωνεύς) was a culture-hero of the Argolid, fire-bringer, primordial king of Argos and son of the river god Inachus and either Melia, the primordial ash-tree nymph[1] or Argia, the embodiment of the Argolid itself

He was the primordial king in the Peloponnesus, authorized by Zeus: "Formerly Zeus himself had ruled over men, but Hermes created a confusion of human speech, which spoiled Zeus' pleasure in this Rule".[5] Phoroneus introduced both the worship of Hera and the use of fire and the forge.[6] Poseidon and Hera had vied for the land: when the primeval waters had receded, Phoroneus "was the first to gather the people together into a community; for they had up to then been living as scattered and lonesome families".

Lycaon was a king of Arcadia, son of Pelasgus and Meliboea, who in the most popular version of the myth tested Zeus by serving him a dish of his slaughtered and dismembered son in order to see whether Zeus was truly omniscient.

In return for these gruesome deeds Zeus transformed Lycaon into the form of a wolf, and killed Lycaon's fifty sons by lightning bolts, except possibly Nyctimus, who was the slaughtered child, and instead became restored to life

Hesiod introduces Prometheus as a lowly challenger to Zeus' omniscience and omnipotence.

In the trick at Mecone, a sacrificial meal marking the "settling of accounts" between mortals and immortals, Prometheus played a trick against Zeus. He placed two sacrificial offerings before the Olympian: a selection of beef hidden inside an ox's stomach (nourishment hidden inside a displeasing exterior), and the bull's bones wrapped completely in "glistening fat" (something inedible hidden inside a pleasing exterior). Zeus chose the latter, setting a precedent for future sacrifices; henceforth, humans would keep the meat for themselves and burn the bones wrapped in fat as an offering to the gods.

This angered Zeus, who hid fire from humans in retribution. Prometheus in turn stole fire in a giant fennel-stalk and gave it back to mankind.

Dionysus was the son of Zeus and Persephone, the queen of the Greek underworld. Diodorus' sources equivocally identified the mother as Demeter.

A jealous Hera attempted to kill the child, by sending Titans to rip Dionysus to pieces after luring the baby with toys. It is said that he was mocked by the Titans who gave him a thyrsus (a fennel stalk) in place of his rightful sceptre.

Zeus turned the Titans into dust with his thunderbolts, but only after the Titans ate everything but the heart, which was saved, variously, by Athena, Rhea, or Demeter. Zeus used the heart to recreate him in his thigh, hence he was again "the twice-born".

Other versions claim that Zeus recreated him in the womb of Semele, or gave Semele the heart to eat to impregnate her.

and here is one that most don't know or understand . since it is mentioned in the Bible quite often and it is often not translated like it was a real place , which isn't now provable and thus is not known where it is because it could be everywhere and no where.

Tar shish or

Tara Ish isha or some variation of this contraction ..
= Tara ( land) Ish (husband/owner/king ) Ishah (wife(s?) .
or Tara(land ) Isha (wife ) ish ( king/ husband)

the sons of Japheth> Javan> named Tarshish his name really which means something like he was king/ Husband of the '( his )wife's lands' or husband of the wife's land. thus we get a hint of their matrilineal ( Not matriarchal !!!) societies and kingdoms.

I haven't been able to figure out if there was an actual place call the wife's island or Wife's island or the island of the wives. thus where the sea trading men's wife's lived as if at one time it was in one place only .. which could be lots of different islands, ports city states etc all over the world . and might just mean generally where ever that man's wife lived and had her lands and could also be later be a certain place city state / port called that , but that wasn't the original meaning.

thus every sea tribes sea man would be going to his wife's city/lands / Island when he was headed to his home.. so ever boat was eventually headed to Tarshish eventually no matter which direction he was going or heading . at least early on.

the Bible now I think just calls the land of the sea people
" the ISLES of the sea " in Hebrew looks kind of like 'N Isles and can be anyone not around the Middle Tara rian ( which is kind of a joke to call a sea the middle earth ) .

Lots of names for Noah

Babylon~ Utnapishtim
Sumaria~ Ziusidru
Greece~ Deucalion
Hindu~Manu
China~Fah-he
Hawaii~ NU-u
Mexico~Tezpi
Algonquin~ Manabozho

The list goes on, all these tell a story of a lone survivor from a global flood where he and his sons and family alone survived.

The names keep going, Osiris in the Noah of Egypt and they still carry the boat of Osiris in the streets of Egypt every single year where he is put in a grave after being taken from the water and an everygreen springs up on his grave with presents from God to man. The Egyptians called Moses,'' Osiris,'' because they knew Moses had been taken from the water, and so they saw him as a God, and the bible says that God would make Moses look like a God to the Egyptians.

Janus who has two faces that this one man was taken from the old world and brought to the new world.{Face of the old looking west and face of the new looking east.}

But my favorite is that Noah didn't even come from this Earth, that he crossed over from one world, one earth to a whole new world, a new Earth.

we actually have two world wide flood stories , well at least two .

one is called a "the waters" and the the other is called "the Re waters".
the first a whole family survives and animals in a bark boat.

the second is more complicated . it is called the re waters because the waters came back but also fire ice and everything depending on where their tribes was at the time of the event. it appears some got more water while others got more fire or ice.. because ISA 23 and 24 happened times and a half time ago . and choctaw / chickasaw from the west coast have the story only one man survived from their tribes and it is a story of water .. yet other tribes talk of running to caves and soaking in the lakes to stay cool because of the intense fires and lightening from the heavens.. yet others went to the tops of mountains to survive . and yet others saw whole lakes freezing solid in minutes and animals froze solid as they walked . and I know that the water fire and ice event involved the moon. and since there is a level that only matches the moon about 6 ft down and then about 6ft of sterile sand washed over it all over north america and parts of others and all the now extinct dead animals is under the moon dirt. and no doubt the animals that the moon didn't directly land on most were washed into the newly formed Atlantic.
so we have at least two a catastrophic events recorded here that scientism will never explain . and will never dare to question .
and all natives who know the stories . laugh at so called scientist as they like to pretend nothing bad has ever happened except billions of years ago. but native peoples special Quipu type devices and belts made to keep stories that can give rough estimates of these dates.
scientism has made up their own fantasy and then corrupt people's children with it. it really sorry stuff.
