Maybe we'll get lucky and the flood will carry away all the Californians and liberals.

But seriously, what parts of the north valleys will be affected? I'm supposed to go to Stead tomorrow morning for work. Commuting from south of downtown.

Good luck with that. There's a few roads up here that are open, but not many.

I was not affected...retired so I don't commute. I live downtown a stone's throw from the river (Ross Manor) and no ill effects. On Sunday noticed many sightseers out my window making their way to the river, as reported in the paper. Heavy traffic on 1st Street for several hours (but moving) due to bridge closures. Normal now (Monday), but I haven't walked to the river to see if any damage along the promenade. Wonder if Sierra Tap House got flooded.

I saw reports that Stead/Lear and Moya were closed, which are the only two routes to get to where I needed to go so I stayed home.

I would think it would be clear by tomorrow morning, but then again I don't know anything about that area so who knows.
