It's sufficiently vague you can't be sure, but I'd say there is at least a chance there's something sexual he's hoping to get out of it. Of course it could be nothing. I personally wouldn't go near that. I wouldn't want to find out after I've moved in that he expects certain "service" from me.

my first thought -
he wants someone to play fetish games even one such as "french maid" or something like that.
Those ads are not common, but they happen occasionally. I see a few ads from women who "will do anything" in exchange for free rent. I can see a lot of possible future problems, so, fellas, best to avoid those, too.
