Lucasey has good stuff... I've been to the Oakland factory when I needed items in a pinch...

Well made, sturdy and secure...

We've mounted our tv at both of our locations we've lived at, each time we've got the request of the LL and properly installed it. Properly being the key word Finding studs is easy if you have some strong magnets. Our last house our mount was up for 3 years and this house its been up for a year, its never fallen or made any weak spots in the walls

Our leases are stating that unless the box is clicked, no holes can be made in the wall and we always leave it open and all tenants sign which means that any hole that is left can be cause for a claim towards their security deposit but we are very reasonable with that and usually don't make claims for that but with mounted TV fixtures taken out and leaving holes that is a different thing.

That's similar to the mount I have. Only 10 pounds, which isn't bad.

BUT, I have my old 55" plasma mounted to is. 120ish pounds + 10 pounds. Not exactly light

As a tenant I would be more worried about the placement of the wall mounted tv. Common wall , noise disturbance, but as a ll, yea , damage to the wall definitely. imo , tv wall mouting is something I would do in my own house, not a rental
