Hello again
one poster asked about what features that renters would like to see in apartment units and another asked about eletric charging stations for EV's.. now i am gonna take it one step further and ask how many renters would like to see self substaining net zero units. as i am really considering building net zero units for my next project since there's not that much of a price increase to build over a regular building!!i just built a 2000 sq ft house that's net zero and my eletric bills are horrible at 11.00 a month just to be tied into the grid

I think that tenants would like it, as long as the rent isn't too much higher. Don't rely on tenants to take care of batteries, though. They will promise to do it and won't.

i don't think the rent would be to much higher heck the average rent in my area is 2,500 a month. i am thinking tennants would like something like that also since there eletric bill would be nothing and a net zero home is healthier to live in and there friendly to the enviroment.. and what batteries are you talking about since my systems will be grid tied. i don't trust tennants with anything hell some of them can't even change a light bulb or change a battery in a thermostat. then they call up and ***** and moan wondering why ****s not working right..

iv'e already had one bad experiance with a tennant. who flused a bottle of deodrant down the crapper and flooded out 2 apt's needless to say there asses are being evicted . there's no need for that nonsense!!

and i think that i would be selective about who i let move into my new project when it gets done
