I have to ask because there have been multiple times where Verizon and AT&T failed to cancel an order or messed up an order and I have to fix it on my credit report. Anyway..I just wondered because I think that kinda thing should carry heavy consequences for the company because it does for the consumer usually. Doesn't it? I cant believe all the old crap and mistakes I have to take off my credit report when I cleaned it up for the first time.
