I find that doing new activities and not in the daily job routine is changing my balance of GUaG.
Ironically as I get older I'm doing more physical activities that I haven't done since my 30s and 40s. I'm walking every day, doing yoga, and the most strenuous activity of all—chasing and lifting year-old twins. I'm surprised I have the energy at all to do these things, but OTOH they are making me crash much earlier at night and sometimes the day after any heavy concentration (such as babysitting) you could scrape me up off the pavement.
So in some ways, my GUaG is more, and in other ways it's less. Right now the dogs are looking at me for their 45-min walk in frigid cold. I'd much rather stay by the fire and take a nap.
