I have a neighbor who is quiet a bird hunter and also quite a good cook.
His latest Thanksgiving creation:

....a stuffed(sage/dressing)Quail, inserted into the body cavity of a Wood Duck(extra space filled with stuffing) which in turn, is inserted into a Canada Goose, which in turn is inserted into a Tom Turkey...... (Stuffing is used to fill any 'voids' in each phase of the process)......He says he has tried this combination before and it took 7 hours at 320 F (basted and injected every hour with his "special secret" formula"…
I am invited to stop by his place and check out the result,......,l'll report results next week.
