I am like Biscuitmom. I began a serious fitness push in my fifties, and it was slow going. I have become much more serious in the last three years. So, I am now more active than I was in my thirties and forties. I like to push myself, but I take it slow and in small increments. I don't want to end up with a pulled muscle or something worse. I also mix it up with walking, machine work and hand weights. I do feel pretty good about how I've progressed in last three years.
