Need some help. I am seeking a community that offers many things to do and has a number of 55+ y.o. people in it (with a number that are single), not female dominated and costs less than $200K for a townhome or condo 2 bedroom with a garage.
Around Sarasota, I found a master planned community of mixed age but with many over 55+ and lots to do; but still seeking to look at around W. Palm Beach County, which is my first choice.
Am not Jewish, so do not want to be in an all Jewish community (altho I love the Jews and was raised with them). Don't want all married people or I won't have many friends probably. Don't want all old and feeble people either, because I am very active and plan to go back to work when I get there.
I like the planned community in Sarasota because they have a very active calendar of events there. And the mixed age community is appealing--particularly since a majority of them are over 55 with a number of singles.
But, again, it is the W. Palm Beach region I was first interested in. So, does anyone know of any community like this off the top of their heads????

Smile Over 55 plus master planned community

Hi - I live in Palm Beach County (Boca Raton) and will put out some inquiries. This type of concept is up and coming. There are some in Boynton Beach but I need to check out the mix as per your post.
