Approved in Jan. Today May 1 is the start of my retirement for payment in June. Until today online showed the amount and date in June for first payment. Today that is gone. Is that normal.

It does say active but no amount or date. It also say's no payment due which makes sense until May ends. Do you accounts list payment due after a month ends?

If I remember correctly all the juicy info I wanted disappeared for a little while (being 1 or more weeks because I didn't check every day).

When my wife started getting SSDI last year, her SS statement was gone.

I assume its the same when you start SS.

OP update, my payment info returned after the 3rd Wed of May. My first payment will be 3rd Wed in June. So if your info disappears it should return 1 month before first payment.
