I might have a good deal in a condo at Coddington Point .. What can you tell me about this area ? Is this area near the famous old " Tonomy Hill " projects ?? I have visited and it seems nice and diverse 9 mainly black & white, not many hispanics).

I would look elsewhere. Housing projects are across the street and throughout that area. And, yes, it is right near Tonomy Hill.

UPDATE May, 2019 : I have family who are 1 of the app. 4 condo owners in the complex which is mostly Section 8. Even though they pay 300$ condo fees + mortgage.... most tenants are on government assistance. There is usual drug sales in the complex and even a tenant who was letting a prostitute live with her. This tenant allowed outdoor sexual behavior on her property and would leave up 4 trash bags out front even though there is a dumpster. So my point is that it is hard to pay market rate when your neighbors have no respect or values. They are lookng to move soon
