Hello,

I am trying to plan my wedding here in rochester in december of 2011 and I cant seem to find an indoor place to have a ceremony!! I have contacted some places buy they want $1000 or more which is way too much for a civil ceremony that will last all of 15 mins.

I was hoping someone would have a few ideas that are cheaper, but still nice enough to take a few pictures and can hold around 80-100 people.

We have a reception location that we like but would be open to ideas on that as well (but we need a place that will allow us to have any caterer that we want...my fiancee REALLY wants dinosaur!

Thank you so much!!

Default $1000

There are a few places including Colgate divinity and chapel hill. Others are $850, which is still way too much for a civil ceremony!!

Did you check out the B&Bs in the area? I know there are a ton of weddings at the B&B across the street from us. Great for pictures in these old houses. Just Google it.
