Advice for finding a rental asap? (Irondequoit, Webster: apartments, rentals, neighborhood)

I'm in need of finding some good websites or agents to secure a rental asap.

I was looking into Brighton for now. My ideal location would somewhere close to good schools and parks (walkable) for my toddlers.

There are other communities in the area that would fit that description. Do you have a budget? That could determine where to look as well.

Budget would be around $1800 or less. I would be working in the middle of the city.

What kind of apartment do you need? At that price, you could do Pittsford, if you want to. Perhaps consider parts of Irondequoit, Webster, Brockport, Spencerport, Fairport and Hilton, among others, as well.

Minimum of a 2br but I'm open to renting a house. This would only be a short term rental to acclimate myself with the area.

Keep in mind, a short term lease will cost you much more per month. Landlords prefer long term.

Brighton isn’t bad, the area by East Ave, University & Winton Rd has a Wegmans, LAFitness,etc..Bus routes & expressway right there..I happened to be up there last week and thought while not as nice as Pittsford area, great commuter location..1600 East Ave has a nice apartment building under 1800 monthly..nearby Ellison Park Apartments has a range of leases..
