I hate to agree with rorytmeadows, but I think he is right on this one. In fact they are moving some jobs to New York state and Mexico from Rochester, MN.
After reading the Twin Cities article, I find this interesting, because Poughkeepsie is in the Southern End of the Tech Valley corridor. This may be the first example of how NY is open for business is actually occurring. IBM already has a presence in Poughkeepsie and to see jobs coming back or increasing there looks like a good sign. Hopefully, it will continue and in other parts of the state.
