Do you become obligated to them if you open the link to the listings and view them? No we don't have a contract. Thanks

No - it's just an advertisement - like junk mail.

No, it's just a service provided in the hopes you choose the realtor as your agent. You don't have a legal obligation until you sign something like a buyer broker agreement or agency agreement.

Like others have stated you aren't obligated unless there is a contract in place. Contrary to popular belief Realtors are people too, if you don't plan on working with them I'd suggest opting out of whatever they are sending you or just letting them know you don't want to work with them.

Well what if I want to USE the listings they send? What if I see an interesting house in a listing she sends? Do they have a way to check to see if you viewed their listing and come back and say, I'm the one who first showed you this? Thx.

No. Not less you call the agent and ask them to get you into the house to see it.

To be honest with you, probably about 90% of the email you are receiving are going to be automated email. Sometimes depending on the system they use they can see if you opened the email but that still doesn't bind you to that agent. If you signed a buyer rep agreement that would bind you to an agent but those aren't too common.

Well it's just an automated listings generator, but I was only wondering if they know if you clicked on the link and thereby you saw the house because of them. So I won't opt out of it cause it's good info. I'm sure they're not individually and personally sending me each listing.
