Does anyone know of a charity that will pick up furniture?
I have tried Salvation Army and they will not come to my area (Walnut Grove).
Any other ideas? We would like to be able to use the tax write off.
Thanks

There might be a women's shelter in your area that will take it. Often they will accept furniture to help women that are getting out of a bad relationship and need furniture for a new apartment.

There's WEAVE but I don't think they come out to people's homes (but they might be able to refer you to someone)

Just put it on Craigslist. You can claim the tax write off up to I believe $499 without receipts.
