Hey all-

well, we have 2 glorious roof leaks in our garage. Went from nothing to "oh my gosh!!" in the last two weeks.

Does anyone have suggestions/experience with dependable and reasonable roof repair places? If it helps, I am in NC San Antonio.

I thank you, and I'm sure many others will be, too.

Oh, that sucks... I keep waiting for it and feel like I'm pushing my luck everytime I don't see leaks and it rains again.

Try - Norwest Roofing Co Tel. 210 697-9835- they did a very small job of replacing some damaged shingles when I moved in and were reasonable (and recommended by a friend to me). Of course, they may be quite busy right now...

Default Roofer

Our local CBS affiliate KHOU in Houston did a good report on roofers.
The reporter was Dave Fahling. You may want to google it before you call a roofer. Just general good advice for anyone needing a roofer.

Best roofer in San Antonio is George Zamber with Cloud Roofing. Call him up and have him come out and give you an estimate. He is the man who can get the best crews and guarantee his work. Call (210) 366-9484. You will not be disapointed.

I had a guy come out today and fix my leak, replace stuff, and seal some shingles that had come loose. They appeared to do some good work and took pictures of it with his cell phone. That was MUCH better than me going up there.. I also asked about adding ventilation and he recommended a ridge vent as an economical option. I'm just now reading up on it to see if it actually works. It would be about $300 to install 40' of it on the different roofs.
