Hello everyone,
I am wondering if there is any place for us to play some sports? I am around Medical Center area. Anything would be okay, like basketball, badminton, table tennis...etc...

I don't know about table tennis but many do play volleyball and basketball at the UTHSC track area.

Have you checked Blossom Athletic Center? We used to swim there as kids.

Thanks for your reply! I know that park - it's awesome. We used to hiking around there. But I didn't see anyone playing sports there. I did see a lot of people bicycling. Thanks anyway!

UTHSC track area? I thought it's for hiking alone. Thank you!

The UTHSC track off of Babcock, Louis Pastuer and Merton Minter by University Hopsital. It has a road "track" area that tons of people use to run/walk at various times of day. It's roughly a little more that 2x around the full length to equal a mile. There's a huge grassy area where there are random soccer pick up games happen. I've also tried to play cricket there once but failed.

Although the volleyball/basketball/Tennis courts are more "watched" by the UTHSCSA PD because those areas are supposed to be for UTHSC Student/Faculty/Staff only before the general public. But I've used them a bunch of times. Maybe someone with more info could help with that but no, the track isnt just for hiking.
