We have lived here for just over a year (cross streets - Talley and Potranco). We have had a positive experience so far. Nice neighbors. Construction is still going on, so who knows what will come, but so far, so good.

What specific kind of info are you looking for?

Is it convient to walmart, HEB, and a park? IS the pool and playground crowded? Is the recreation center open yet? What all does it have? Do people let their dogs run free? Is is quiet from traffic? just a few questions for now.....lol

Travel time depends on time of day for traffic purposes (and whether or not people realize that the speed limit outside 1604 is 60, not 40), but generally Walmart is about 5 minutes, HEB a minute or two more. There is no rec center, the children't playground is basically a climbing wall and some slides, and the pool is ready and beautiful (but because we are still waiting for ATT to hook up the card key system, we can't use it yet. People are generally very good about their animals. We occasionally will have one get out, but when we have spoken to the neighbors, they have taken care of it. I haven't seen an "unescorted" animal around here in quite some time. We live at the front end of MR, so we do get a bit of the noise of the trucks on Talley, but the new construction is in the back, so I don't think that will be much of an issue.

Hope this helps. Keep the ?s coming.

The pool is located in the back of the development. Are you sure he wasn't looking at the Westcreek one? We just got an update today re: the pool - no estimated opening date. We moved in a year ago, and there was no mention of a rec center. The HOA annual meeting was a few weeks ago, and they specifically said that they are done building everything over there that they are going to. Check on that.

What is he telling you about the delay in the pool opening? I'd be interested in hearing what he says about that and the rec center.
