I am looking to switch from Tiger waste management to another provider but it seems like no other provider will service our neighborhood (Silver oaks subdivision). It's becoming a trend for them missing our Saturday pickups!! Some of my neighbors still have their trash carts out on their driveway, so I know it's not just ours being missed!

Currently on hold with Tiger for the last 20mins!!

San Antonio Waste Management never skipped a beat for me. Is Silver Oaks going to be annexed soon? If so, then I would just wait.

Did you try Metro Waste Systems or MD Systems? They both pick up in SA. You'll have to Google them though. Dont have the info on me. Waste Management is overpriced, from what I hear.

Is $20 more every 3 months worth the risk of more missed pickups? That's your decision.

Just called MD systems, the woman sounded like she didn't want to talk at all.
