Does San Antonio and the folks that live in it have a soul? actually care about their community and others, elect competent officials in office to look over things? Do the police come when you call and do a thorough job? Are people rude in the super market, do not smile or move out of the way when they obviously see you coming?

Or, is San Antonio a scaled down version of Houston? IMO, Houston is the perfect example that (oil) money cannot buy class, 70% "thug life" mentality, and the other 30% are H1B foreigners who can care less about America.

Sorry, I'm a bit older and not from the "PC" school of thought.

I'd say it does have much more soul than most places, but if you think H1B foreigners are bad for a city, then SA won't do it for you. Many in my community were foreigners who came here on visas to work and have invested themselves in the community in many ways. So if that's your litmus test, you won't like SA.

Read my post, those H1B's in Houston don't do that. They are only in it for money and have no interest at all what so ever in learning English or the American way of life. They are rude and treat Houston just like the 3rd world dump they left.

Sadly, we have a lot of that here as well.

You won't like San Antonio at all. I suggest you find another community more suited to your needs.

If you're talking about political leanings, then San Antonio, Dallas, Austin, and Houston mostly elect the same types of government officials.
