That's very helpful. Thanks for posting. I live near Blue Star and I've been wondering if there was a way to compare and evaluate all the new apartment buildings coming online. I wonder if the article will be updated to cover Tuna Towers, a two-unit building under construction at La Tuna.

Rivard Report has always shown extreme favoritism to certain property owners in this city, so I'm skeptical in reading much of anything they write that has personal opinion in it.

Reading over their apartment report chart, I can already see a few errors. Take this with a grain of salt and call the property direct before using this article as the word of God
