I am considering relocating and was if there were any recommendations of executive recruiters in the area.

I suppose that would depend on the type of training/services you provide.

Medical/banking/management should all provide different and unique "headhunter" type of services.

Most companies (that I know of) that use executive/retained recruiting firms work with firms not based in San Antonio, or even Texas for that matter. Your best bet may be to identify several firms you think you'd like to work for and call their HR departments to find out what recruiting firms they work with and then contact the recruiters directly.
