So I was at Ingram park mall a few weeks ago and saw that sears finally closed their doors. I saw this huge sign in front of the sears entrance from the mall. Anyone know if this is just some type of advertisement or are they really going to make more stores and restaurants out of that big box store? Anyone got some info of any kind?

They advertise that they REALLY are adding more stores to that location.
Couldn't find more info on the net, except the Ingram mall website where they advertise space to lease.

That is just an ad so shoppers don’t see a vacant space. Do they have an H&M at that mall? They expanded in this market like crazy. I do not know if it would go into that mall but my shortlist is Crate & Barrel.

That's what I was thinking. And no they don't have an H&M at the mall or even a forever 21. Those stores alone could easily take up space at the old sears. There's also another big box store that's located at the food court that use to be a Dillard's furniture store. It's been boarded up for years.

I can't see Crate and Barrel at Ingram.

We are talking one stop furniture shops like Bel or Rooms-To-Go in that area.
