It's a fine area. Traffic will be a nightmare. The schools are newer and pretty good. You are close to many things. Search the forum for Alamo Ranch, Potranco and Marbach and you will find many of your answers. Welcome to San Antonio!

I live nearby. Traffic is not really that horrible but getting out of that neighborhood can be tricky in the morning if you're turning out onto 1604. As far as the area goes, Marbach at 410 feels kind of seedy, but 1604/Potranco and 151/410 shopping areas are nearby and nice.

Bella Vista sold their last homes in the Mesa Creek subdivision, but Venice Homes has a couple 1 story, 1700sqft homes left with a few more coming up in a month or so.

Ive noticed lots of kids and parents walking around, jogging, plus they have security that drives around every so often. Seems like a nice area.
