We bought out in Bulverde! It is on High Ridge drive and has 2 acres and a cute ranch style adobe home and didn't have to pay over $200,000. OMG we are so excited! It passed all inspections and we cant'/won't flood there either! WE do need to fence it and that could be a challage in the rocks)) Also, need to get a small chain link fense around the back for our dog--anybody know anybody that can do it and do a nice job? Wooo hoooo we can't wait to get there! We will be moving just after Memorial Day weekend.

We are coming down from Illinois. We are from Illinois origninally but have lived in OK, and NM. Hubby will work at Fort Sam Houston and I have an interview with SouthWest Airlines (hoping to become a flight attendant) on JUne 16th. We soooo love it everytime we have visited. The people are so friendly. I love the topography of the Hill Country and our new home is so sweeet. It is private but yet close to town of Bulverde and the 2 acres is just loaded with trees (hubby will thin out the junk to make it parklike). He will have a 2.5 car garage with workshop. We sooooo can't wait to be residents. We close on our home down there on Thursday and we sold one up here just yesterday. Life is good)))
