If you enjoy sitting on the beach, with a hooded sweatshirt and chattering teeth, then yes. It's totally a beach weekend!

We biked around Mission Bay and the PB boardwalk. My car showed 71 degrees outside. The south Mission Beach lifeguard station listed 66.3 degrees as the H2O temp on it's whiteboard.

The beaches were not extremely crowded but it was more crowded than July 4th. The air temp was very cold July 4th. Something like 65 degrees.

No floatopia this weekend. Last weekend may have been the last if that new law was passed.

Moonlight. Water - 64 (too cold). Air - cloudy, no wind, and 69 (marginal pass). Better than ~3 weeks ago at LJ Shore so moving in the right direction, but not there yet.

First off it depends where you go.Mission and PB(my favs) I stay away from during the weekends from Mid may to Mid Sept.

Second.I wouldn't.The weather is ok to go to the beach but I would wait until it's a little sunny.
