$2,400 for the entire year including summer? That seems really cheap if it includes summer, but for non-summer months that price seems on par. It's not what I would call luxury though, I ride by that property at least 3-4 times a week and have noticed young people hanging out on that patio, just regular early to mid-20's surf bum types. You're really close to Belmont Park too, so TONS of people will be going by that place.

are you sure they don't mean $2400 a month with a one year lease?

2400 a month sounds cheap to me. Check out the situation with parking, it's very tight out there ... if you're lucky, you might get one assigned spot with that 3-br.

Something sounds funny with that deal. If that's right on boardwalk, a place like that should rent for $2-3K a week in the summer. Maybe it's in foreclosure. Maybe the owner wants somebody in there paying rent while they try to sell it.

It clearly says at the top, "$2,400/month" so I'm not sure where you're getting that's for the year.

$2,400 per year if you're willing to share a queensize bed with a fat guy by the name of Alfredo. Don't worry, he gets tested regularly.
