I wouldnt be surprised if this werent the seeds of a foodie scene down there being planted. If there is a demand then surely restaurants will follow, me thinks.

Hayward is really under-restauranted. Especially ones on the whole "seasonal, sustainable, local......" bandwagon.

I like Buffalo Bill's though.

Poor Hayward

If that town were a person, it would be a guy that got robbed and slapped around a little after a wild night in SF and got lost on his way back down to SoCal, and decided just to lay low for a while.
