Tried just a few eyedrops in my life and so far my eyes like this one best: ClearEyes Tears Plus Redness Relief.

I'd hate to try an assortment of alternatives if my favorite one was discontinued. All the money and time wasted to find the right replacement.

For me, it's not about brand, but about formula, I think my eyes like the right balance of Hypromellose + Glycerin + naphazoline hydrochloride. I know that too much hypromellose and my eyes don't like it (tried one brand for dry eyes with too thick tear drops that just irritated my eyes). Can't seem to find a replacement with that same formula.

What's interesting is that I don't see this particular item in my neighborhood drugstores anymore, it used to be around. I checked the mfg website and it seems they still produce the product. But a search on where to buy:

Clear Eyes® Gels & Eye Drops - Where To Buy

seems to show the Bay Area stores don't carry it while some other place out of state does. What the heck?

I'm going to try and contact mfg for details, but I don't understand why local stores here recently stopped carrying this product? CA regulations or too little demand for it?

Anyone have ideas?

FYI, currently I could order off Amazon or elsewhere, Amazon is good but don't want to order in large quantities as I don't use it frequently enough to justify (since they have expiration) and I prefer not to have to pay for shipping costs.
