We have a desk with a fountainhead top (Formica look-a-like).

After removing scratches, I am having issues bring the shine back. Does anybody on CD know of a person who can assist with this problem.

Thanks in advance for any help.

If you do a bing or google search, you will find dozens of sites relating to repairing solid surface counters.
Basically, Fountainhead, corian and all other solid surface maintenence are treated like removing scratches and polishing a vehicle paint surface.
According to the amount/depth of the scratches, use use wet sandpaper with grit 400 or higher, then use 800, 1200 or 2000 To polish, use vehicle polishing compound [white] You can get any level of gloss you want but the higher the gloss [like granite], the more pronounced that future scatches will show. Sand/polish the entire surface to have an equal looking appearance.
