New Trader Joe's, New Costco, New Lowes and now.....New Whole Foods store in Palmer Ranch?? Too much retail in Palmer Ranch?
Wondering if all these new stores, built, being built or proposed will adversely affect the area when they are completed.
Oftentimes over commercialization brings problems..

oh, the other Whole Foods is close enough to Lakewood Ranch IMO. When I moved to Osprey there were less stores but in the almost-2-years a Lowes, Kohls and now Costco are opening, Makes my like SO much easier! If Whole Foods opens in PR I'll be thrilled, so much closer than the other one!

Trader JOe is not opening in Palmer Ranch, it is opening close to the northern bridge to Siesta and even closer to Bee Ridge Rd on the US41 Tamiami.

You passed it in the OP. You don't bother reading carefully. It's a possible Anchor tenant. Palmer holdings wouldn't spread falsehoods about who may be an anchor.
The only thing that goes beyond border craziness
would be living next to an airport.

You're reading an awful lot into that.... First it says that if the PR residents don't get their way (by blocking the interchange at Central Sarasota Parkway), that those developments are in danger of not happening.
Second it says that one of those "potential" developments that may or may not happen, "would include an anchor tenant such as a Publix or a Whole Foods supermarket."
That sounds a lot different than "Whole Foods is coming to PR".

We didn't say, "Whole Foods is definitely coming to PR". We said it's a
