Maybe the second time is the charm. It would be a huge boost for Savannah if this happens.

I'm not going to pay to read the rest of the article, but it sounds like deja vu.

If they do actually decide to build on the site this time around, I'm wondering how much space they will take up... since Mitsubishi is there and they've supposedly split the site up since (when was it?) 2003.

These guys owe Savannah for going all in the first time, then completely backing out. Oh, and also for the prospect of a headquarters being here, then going to Atlanta. Sneaky little devils.

I hope it is not another Medient Studios 1000 jobs on 1560 acres deal (Now a Moon River Studios 527 jobs deal on 1560 acres) similar to the mess we have in Effingham.

Yeah Georgia Tech Savannah needs a purpose for existence other than Gulfstream. Maybe they can expand the industrial engineering or supply chain programs down there.
