A non-profit I'm associated with has been attempting to share a single gmail account (non-gsuite) with its executive officers (about 8) which are located in different locations across the US. So far this has proven unsuccessful as it keeps triggering security alerts and then eventually a password reset prompt for any one of the officers that trys to use it.
My question then is. Is this even possible at all? To share a single gmail account (not associated with Gsuite) with multiple users at multiple locations. Is there a way to turn off that "fail-safe" feature so gmail can ignore that somebody else completely different tried to login from a different location than the first user?
