I have a couple of friends visiting from Florida later this summer and I'm looking for restaurant recommendations.

They come up here every year so we have been to many restaurants in the area...but now I'm looking for something different, doesn't have to be fancy or anything like that...just looking for something different.

I've taken them to most of the "famous" restaurants in the area...Dahlia Lounge, The Pink Door, Anthony's, Andaluca, Flying Fish, II Terazzo Carmine, etc.

They especially like good seafood…

Any recommendations?

The Red House on Burnett Ave. in downtown Renton. The food is great, with awesome seafood, it's in a remodeled old house, and they have an enormous wine and beer selection.

Tom Douglas Restaurants : Etta's Seafood (http://www.tomdouglas.com/ettas - broken link)

Etta's is good, and close to Pike Place.

Matt's in the Market, in the Pike Place Market is a pretty awesome hole in the wall that other chefs dine out at on their nights off.

Please don't yell at me but Benihana's downtown? Everyone calls it the ABBA of restaurants, but the food is so absolutely delicious!

Then there's Wild Ginger downtown, a delicious and fairly exotic meal.

Ray's Boathouse in Seattle.
Seastar in Bellevue.
Third Floor Fish Cafe in Kirkland.

Do you mind taking a bit of a drive? My favorite spot outside of Seattle is the Oyster Bar on Chuckanut Dr. in Skagit county. Great food and wine with a beautiful view on Samish Bay. Love that place.
