I recently bought from Coleman furniture company online. Poor quality for the price. Notified said store about a tear in the leather. They tried to blame it on the delivery company, always gonna remedy the situation. Still waiting....... last email I received from their customer service representative was to inform me that they were trying to set up a time for a "medic" to look at my furniture. WHO BUYS NEW FURNITURE FOR A MEDIC TO REPAIR? WHAT HAPPENED TO APPRECIATING YOUR CUSTOMERS AND TRYING TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT? I now have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau IF I HAD WANTED REPAIRED FURNITURE, I WOULD HAVE WENT TO A FLEA MARKET TO BEGIN WITH. :mad ::rolleyes :

Why would you buy leather from an online retailer to begin with? Plenty of furniture stores on Rte 110.

Did you buy with your credit card? If so file a complaint with them and a stop payment until you are satisified. Nothing talks better than a non payment for services rendered. Did you check the BBB and complaint listing before purchase???
