England will most likely get 2018. US can try 2022. I prefer Houston over Dallas as one of the cities, although Arlington's brand new Cowboys stadium would be terrific. Along with Standford, Rose Bowl and Pontiac Silverdome. Don't recommend NY; traffic is a nightmare.

The Silverdome hosted the Group A and Group B games in USA '94.
Incidentally, the OP needs to update his list. Denver is missing. I much prefer Candidate Venues. It gives a better picture of what each stadium offers.
